A lovely cost effective hotel one the most beautiful stretch of beach

We were upgraded to a room with a seaview after our 1st night there. The seaview room was beautiful and this room was 5 star compared to the 1st rooms we were given

Staff didn't greet us and all looked like being at work was a chore.

Overpriced

The room I had had a great view over the bay and was very spacious and clean.

I was on the top floor of the main building which required climbing some very deep and steep steps... Daunting in the heat and for anyone with walking issues. The room was odd. Enormous but without any furniture in it except for a very basic bed a couple of other pieces. It felt very echoey and sterile. I glimpsed some other rooms which weren’t like this so I was unlucky perhaps. The staff were young and inexperienced in the restaurant and the dishes were not great. Breakfast was fine but some of the staff were a little unfriendly. All in all , I felt that the hotel just wanted to take your money and couldn’t care less. It was overpriced for what it was...

The room is dark-more lighting would help. Also,there were problems with hot water as the water literrally stops pouring when you set it to be hot. The room itself is a bit outdated,but has a mini fridge and safe

One of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed on, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The only thing good about this place is the beach were it’s located. It’s very long and has lots of good restaurants.

When we arrived the room wasn’t even cleaned, and when they eventually cleaned the room, the towels were dirty. The breakfast was not good and the staff was rude from the beginning of our stay.

I handed in some clothes for the laundry service and made my departure without picking up these clothes again ... I realized not earlier than my arrival in Germany... I then send the hotel a message, and they sent the package of clothes all way to Germany!! I am so excited. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are a very special experience especially those with a view...! Absolut recommendation!

The room was nice and cleaned every day. The location is good. The beach is very nice.

We got food poisoning from the breakfast. If you are staying higher up in the resort it is a bit of a trek to reach the room.

AWFUL! DO NOT BOOK!

The beach is very pretty.

Oh my god where do I even start?? When we arrived at reception we were ignored for ages by two women who were trying to look busy. We had two nights booked, only to be told that they had overbooked for the first night of our stay. The staff did not seem bothered, and did not try to help us find anywhere else to stay. While they did offer us a bed in the staff dorm for the first night of our stay, we felt uncomfortable sharing such close quarters with strangers. After finding alternative accomodation, I called to double check that our reservation would still be valid for the second night. The woman who answered the phone sounded high as a kite, just kept saying "yeeeaaahhh..." over and over again, didn't fill me with confidence. The next morning we went back, and luckily the room was ready. It's a good job we are relatively young and able-bodied, as the room was up a very steep hill and lots of stairs, next to what I think is a car park. Lots of very loud motorbike engines early in the morning! Our room was on the end of a row, we had to squeeze past some overgrown plants and the tiling on the floor outside was very cracked and sharp. The room itself was ok, not amazing but it had a bed and air con. The walls had a few squashed mosquitoes on them. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant, the food was nice when it arrived, though one of us had long finished their food by the time the rest of us got a meal. Very slow service even by Thailand's relaxed standards. We paid at the bar in the end as all the staff seemed to have disappeared. When we left the next day, we asked reception to book us a taxi to our next destination, they asked for 1250 THB to haad rin, which is expensive compared to other long-ish journeys we had taken. When one of our group quibbled over the price, the woman at the desk said "ok fine no taxi" and turned her back to us. At this point we didn't care, we just wanted to get out of there. Overall, TERRIBLE hotel.

Nice hotel surrounded by shops and restaurants

We've been upgraded due to overbooking. We had a room with a beautiful seaview. Air conditioning is working well. The hotel is located on the beach. We also had free breakfast everyday during the stay to compensate the overbooking inconveniences. There were a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. We rent a bike to go to the full moon because it was the cheapest mean of transport.

There was overbooking (Fullmoon party period) so the first night we slept in a guesthouse located at one kilometer away from the hotel. We didn't have Coffee machine in our room. No wifi. There was a water infiltration in the walls so we had a puddle in the enter for the whole stay. No HDMI cable provided. The staff wasn't very comprehensive when we tried to negociate for overbooking compensation.

Location right by the sea in a beautiful beach.

Breakfast didn’t have many options and only started at 8am. Not worth paying for it. There are no chairs or umbrellas by the pool. Staff are not welcoming at all, despite some waiters at the restaurant. Hotel is full of stair and steps everywhere. We got a room facing the laundry, not nice at all, very dark and loud noise from washing machines. One night they were putting mosquito spray with loud machine at 11pm. We had to pay 150THB per person from/to the pier.
